It's a Wonderful Monday

Woke up feeling good. Read my mission statement first thing and took a look at my vision board. I did a fine job of creating that if I do say so myself. Lol. I have everything that I want on there. It changes too...in a few months my short term goals will be much different and new images will need to placed there. I felt great creating it as well as looking at it.
I am so excited of what is to come my way soon. I'm still trying to get things in order here. I know that I will be good to go.
Sometimes I am still a bit sad about how things turned out with my last relationship. A lot of things could have been done differently to salvage something from that but that just was not the case. It is a blessing though. Even though I love this man...yes still...it is best that I am not with him. Being tied down to a relationship is not what I need in this point in my life. Yeah sure I do want a family with all of my babies...just not here in Kansas and on my own terms. It really wasn't fair to him or me. If we would have talked more it all would have come out eventually from both sides. Doesn't matter now...
I'm going to do some more reading to day from my Think & Grow Rich book. I'm really feeling that and my Law of Success audio book...loving them both! Not sure what I have in store this evening...may just chill out for a while. Something may come up.
I'm out for now.

Hey Shutter,
I found your blogs both interesting and funny. I also see that you are in the real estate business, how is that going for you I know that the market sucks at this time. Funny enough Im thinking of getting into realestate myself, hense the question.
Hey Danni,
Thanks for stopping by! Yes I am in real estate specializing in residential sales as of June of this year. In Kansas the market is pretty much what we make it...there is plenty of business out there for the taking. I'm not sure what the market is like in New York but I say go for it!
Every market is different and needs to be researched so a plan of attack can be implemented. I suggest you see what's selling in your area...also befriend someone who's in the business. A lot of knowledge can be gained from those already in the mix.
Check out your state's real estate commission and see what their education requirements are as well. If you do get into real estate you will invest a lot to do so. If this is what you desire it will be totally worth it! :D
