Decent Week

>> 20 November 2009

Ok...my M.O. for the week has been the same.  I've been staying up till the wee hours of the morning either watching TV or going out.  Monday night was watching TV.  I went out Tuesday...then came home and watched TV.  I went out Wednesday and Thursday.  It was too late to watch TV both of those nights...at least for me.  Now here it is Friday.  I went out three times this week already.  I decided to take it easy and stay in.  Guess what I'm doing...watching TV!  Lol.

I'm catching up on a few shows that I lost touch with over the past year.   I'm finishing up 24 tonight.  There is also Desperate Housewives that I REALLY need to catch up on...I quit watching that one back in November of last year.  I know there's a whole new season of that one.  I'll get caught up eventually.

The drawback to my going out and catching up on TV is that I'm staying up pretty late.  Since I'm staying up late I'm also sleeping in quite a bit.  I've slept in all this week...waking up either late morning or early afternoon.  That's a whole morning wasted.  I need to get back onto a decent sleep schedule so I can actually be productive.  There is still plenty of stuff that needs to be done.

I guess I purposely took this week as a slack off week because that's what it turned out to be.  Lol.  Tuesday  went out with an old friend of mine visiting from Dallas.  I ate at Buca Di Beppo for the first time and it was delicious.  Wednesday I hung out with a few Realtor friends bowling, then we hit a Happy Hour, then another bar after that.  Thursday I ended up chillin at an old bar I used to frequent back in the day.  All nights were good times with great folks.  I guess I'm trying to have a little fun before my time here runs out.  Someone told me that I'm saying goodbye to this city.  Yes that could be it.

Well I'm going to go back to catching up on 24.  I have one episode left I believe.  I know it's going to be good.  Jack Bauer has not disappointed yet.  :D
