Well...I'm Here...Now What?

I'll tell you now what...time to get busy finding a job, place to stay, and place to chill.  Today is a holiday so not much is going on...that's my cue to settle in to mhy new surroundings.  I'm thinking about getting lost.  I need to learn the area some way.  Lol.

I'm going to be hitting the job sites with a vengeance for a while.  My new real estate office is expecting me as well.  I'm going to meet up with them and see what advice they have on me getting licensed here...school sites that they recommend and such.  I only have to take their state law portion of the test and then apply for my license.  Yes more money needs to come out of pocket but that's just the name of the game.

Since I'm here I'm here I'm going to start looking for places to live as well.  I won't know what I can afford yet but it wouldn't hurt to look at a view places to get a feel for neighborhoods.  It will also help with my real estate as well.  Still not sure whether I want to stay in DC or MD...we'll see.

I know that I do not want to stay with my sister for too long.  Three adults and a baby are not good to stay in one place in my eye...this is coming from a woman who thrives on living alone.  Lol.  Yeah I'll be out of the new parents' hair as quickly as I can be.

Ok I need to get going with my day.  Hopefully I will have some progress to report next post.
