One Word...

I've been reading a few blogs and I've been seeing a pattern lately.  With the end of the year coming to an end it seems as though folks are thinking of one word to live by for the new year.  One word that can inspire them.  One word that can keep them going.  One word that defines their year.  That got me to thinking.  I believe it is a great idea...whomever started it is a genius in my eye.  So do you want to know my word for 2010?

Yes...FEARLESS!  I need to live a more fearless life.  I have learned that I am scared of EVERYTHING.  It is SO not funny.  My fear has left me immobile a few times...I just stop in my tracks and analyze.  Not good.  Now don't get me wrong...not every situation I encounter is frightful.  It's just that thinking back all I can think of are missed opportunities because I was too chicken ISH to step up, speak up, etc.  No regrets mind you but I don't want to reflect at the end of 2010 saying "Man that would have been great...oh well...moving on"!  I do not want to have anymore "Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda" moments!  I will not let FEAR stop me from living!

So FEARLESS it is!  Here's lookin' at you 2010!  Bring it on!
