Day 2 Of Feeling Under The Weather

Yup...still not feeling well. Still haven't left the house. It was a beautiful day today too. :( I've either been in bed or right here in front of this computer. Since I was stuck in the house I might as well take care of a few more things on the World Wide Web!


I finally created my store on Zazzle.com today. The link to it is www.zazzle.com/kimonique. I only have one image on there...it was taken at the port in Isla Roatan last May when I was on my family cruise. Now that was a great time! Anyway I played around with the image a bit in Photoshop to come up with the final image that I uploaded to my store. I think it's pretty...very colorful. I'd buy it. :0)

I still need to work with, and upload more images so they can go up on my store site. I plan on having numerous motivational sayings, images to go with those sayings, funny quotes, etc. It's a work in progress. I may place a widget with a link there on this blog...maybe. We'll see.


I also purchased a new camera. Since I'm a HUGE Nikon fan, I went ahead and purchased the Nikon Coolpix S640 Digital Camera in Red. I received a bunch of bonus stuff as well including an 8GB memory card, a USB card reader, leather carrying case, extra battery, a table tripod, some free prints from somewhere, and a year subscription to Digital Photo Magazine. I really did not need all of this stuff - especially the magazine subscription - but it looked like a great deal. I say that because for what I paid for my camera four years ago I got so much more for the same price this time around. Kudos for me! Now let's hope this camera is as good to me as my Casio has been. I have no doubt that I will get superb images from this bad boy. I cannot wait to play with it! :0)

I need to WILL myself better. This being cooped up in the house is not doing it for me...at all! I hope to be better by tomorrow afternoon at least. I am meeting some ladies for coffee. It's set up through one of my Meetup.com groups. We're all going to get together for an hour and chat over coffee. I would love to have some strength to partake in this. I also have a class that I signed up for the next three Sunday afternoons. It's a burlesque class. Yup you read right...a burlesque class. I've always been interested in burlesque and wanted to try it out for myself. I finally have the opportunity for the next three Sundays. I'm too excited.

So yes I will be feeling 100% tomorrow morning when I wake up. I will be refreshed...I will be healed...I will be blessed to live another day! If I say so, then it is so!
